Welcome to Hair Pro 360. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hair Pro 360 website, mobile application, software, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding contract between you and Hair Pro 360. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
By using Hair Pro 360, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
Hair Pro 360 provides a comprehensive platform for hair extension professionals, including tools for managing appointments, clients, inventory, financials, and more, available via our website and mobile applications.
To access most features of the Service, you must register for a personal account ("Account") by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your information and the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activities under your Account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service in any way that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
You may be able to submit content or information ("User Content"). You retain rights to your User Content but grant Hair Pro 360 a license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content.
This section governs all SMS (text message) communications between Hair Pro 360 and you. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Messaging Terms.
Hair Pro 360's SMS program sends transactional and, where you have separately opted in, marketing messages related to the Hair Pro 360 platform - including appointment reminders, account and billing notifications, security alerts, customer-service replies, product updates, special offers, and event invitations.
You must provide express written consent before we send you any SMS message. You may opt in by: (i) checking an unchecked consent box on a Hair Pro 360 form that discloses message type, frequency, and rates; (ii) replying with a confirmation keyword to an opt-in invitation; or (iii) signing a service agreement that explicitly includes SMS consent language. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and we do not pre-check opt-in boxes.
You can stop receiving messages from Hair Pro 360 at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP we will send a single confirmation message and will not send any further messages unless you opt back in.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to several messages per week depending on your activity and the message categories you have opted in to receive.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Hair Pro 360 is not responsible for any carrier charges you may incur. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our SMS program is compatible with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and most other major U.S. carriers. Service availability through other carriers may vary.
To enroll, you must be a resident of the United States, at least 18 years of age, and the authorized user of the mobile telephone number you provide.
Our use of your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data is governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Hair Pro 360 may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you in advance via SMS or email.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Hair Pro 360 or its licensors. Your use of the Service grants you no rights other than those necessary to use the Service as intended.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. Hair Pro 360 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by us.
Hair Pro 360 may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of the Terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Hair Pro 360 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
In no event shall Hair Pro 360, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hair Pro 360 and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service, or from or in connection with any User Content uploaded to the Service.
Hair Pro 360 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hair Pro 360 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
